I have had a bad experience with my 2019 QX80 for going on two years now. The battery continues to die and I have been left stranded at night on multiple occasions because of this poor charging system that they put in the truck when it was built. I was only able to get a battery from Infiniti in January 2025 because I had my SUV towed to their facility on a flatbed. I strongly advise anyone considering Infiniti of Englewood to think twice before doing business here. I purchased a car from them a couple of years ago and bought an extended warranty that I later decided to cancel in October 2024. They promised me a refund of about $3,200 for the canceled policy, but it took them over six months to even send me a partial refund. They force you to buy a $3,000 dollar 6 month guarantee then dont honor itmy car needed a new thermostat 2 months after purchasing the car at a cost of $1080 and they wont return calls. I was also owed have the money for a new key on my vehicle. For 2 months i have been waiting for my check for $260 for that and they tell me its getting overnighted every time i do talk to them. Worst dealership ever!! Stay away!!

I sold my car to this dealership in 2/22/25 and as of today 4/22/25 they have not made the payoff payment to the bank. I have not been given an answer as to why it has not been paid off. I have delt with sales rep **** F, and manager ****. They were no help. Now I am dealing with manager *******. I pray he can resolve this. Also made a complaint with the ****. Hopefully I will get this paid asap. I feel like I have been robbed!

(READ UPDATE)***** ******* is very disrespectful and Im honestly surprised he has a job in customer service, Id give 0 stars if I could, I hope he gets some training in customer service. I traded my vehicle in October 2024 for another vehicle and it is now January of 2025 and the vehicle I traded in has not been paid off. I have been getting calls from the loan/bank office regarding my past loan because this company has failed to pay off the vehicle I traded in. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the office via phone calls and emails without success. This business is unprofessional and poorly managed. Lease Return Nightmare - Avoid This Dealership I returned my leased INFINITI QX50 to INFINITI of Englewood on 11/23/24 as agreed. However, they failed to report the return to Infiniti Financial, resulting in 2 months of additional charges and damage to my credit. Should be a 0!!!We traded in a *** on 10/8/24 and purchased another *** from Infiniti of Englewood. As of today 12/3, the car we traded still has NOT BEEN PAID TO *** FINANCIAL!
