The lack of communication that this place has is very obvious. I called on Saturday to make an appointment for an oil change and a interior detailing on Monday. However, I drove an HOUR just to find out that I'm only getting an oil change and that I'd have to make a separate appointment to get an interior detailing. Had I'd known that, I would've made an appointment that was more convenient for me. Dave and Cooper worked there butts of to get me a GREAT DEAL AND FIND A BANK TO DEAL WITH MINE AND MY WIFE CREDIT. TOOK A FEW DAYS BUT THEY DID IT. GOT US A VAN THAT FITS ALL 24 KIDS LOL..... Can’t even express how much I appreciate the staff at Infiniti of Elk Grove. After having my concerns dismissed by Infiniti of Modesto several times, I finally came here and got a real mechanic to look at my car. Richard was super friendly and helpful and let me know that both my front and rear suspension had problems. He also advised that I get it fixed ASAP, letting me know that it could be a dangerous situation at any moment. Bought a 2015 Q50 certified pre-owned here. The sales staff was more than accommodating even though we were there hours after they closed. They offered a follow up and detail for my time there after I had driven the car for a week or so and gotten used to it. Service staff was efficient and timely in getting some concerns I had worked out. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you!!
