I bought a nice Infinity Qx50 but tires were bad they said the car went through a 5 point inspection but when driving on snow with AWD turned on I was sliding all over the roads we tried to call to ask if tires are included they said yes but we’re good enough for summer conditions not winter, nothing they could do at this point since we already bought the car it had only been 5 days it was dark outside when we got the car and tires didn’t look bad but weren’t good for snow so now are paying over 800 for tires 🤦♀️.
Great customer service. Each person I interacted with asked if they could get me anything and treated me well. I wasn't just the next number in line. I bought a used vehicle a few months ago and needed service. Scheduling was easy and communication was good. They also quoted me for a brake flush, per my request and it was $300 less than two other shops. Highly recommend this place, Tim and his staff were top quality.

Very polite and straight to the point on helping find the right vehicle, although we did have one problem with the vehicle not having sufficient tires, I called to ask if we would be able to get replacements being that tire where not safe for any winter weather, I was told that they would offer me dealer price to replace? Well dealer price was more then other tire shops, so I had to come out of pocket just to make sure we would be safe in are new vehicle in winter weather.
