For an oil change the price was fair , the employees were friendly and professional, etc . While they don’t stock the Nissan ester oil, they use a good alternative and Nissan filter . That was all great. However at one point my hood was not opening , the latch on the passenger side was stuck. I had made an appointment to have that fixed . Upon showing up , the mechanic told me it would be at least $300 to fix it as there were a lot of parts he would have to unbolt to gain access . Excellent Customer Service! We purchased a transmission & rear differential and to expedite the process, we decided to drive to Aurora to get the units. Unfortunately, our ETA was after they closed. Steve and David, from the parts department, made arrangements for us to pick-up the units after hours! The level of Customer Service they offered us seems similar to what we offer our Customers. It was a pleasure working with them.
