Terrible experience. Salesperson was non responsive, unreliable and unapologetic—Unprepared for our final sale despite plenty of time. He never followed up with me after my purchase, despite my needing repairs on a preowned vehicle that supposedly passed rigorous inspection. Would never go here again or recommend anyone else do business there.
Purchased a car less than 2 months ago and during my test drive the front camera system glitched out and salesman Austin assured me it would be rectified not to worry. My car has been to the dealership 3 separate times since I took delivery about 60 days ago and the issue is still not fixed. Spoke to the GM Carlos he was very rude and stated they’ve not been able to duplicate the issue to diagnose it however I’ve sent them 4 separate videos showing the exact issue still persisting not to mention my car is fully covered under... read more
