I called and left several message and waited 3 weeks for a call back from the service dept. I finally got an appointment on 9/14. Was told a part needed to be ordered for my vehicle. It’ll be in within a week. They’ll call me to bring my car in to replace the part (which btw they messed up to begin with and failed to tell me). It’s more than 7 weeks now...still waiting for Service to call me.
