We asked to have all the fluids checked. They found the radiator had a leak and they fixed that. We had to ask for the 25% discount on parts. In reading their inspection report they stated that the brake fluid and power steering fluid needed immediate attention. Why they didn’t call us on that.
Bennett Land Rover is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. During the crisis of COVID 19 they were of zero help and my lease was up. I sent countless emails, comments and voicemails and they never once responded. I rather give my business else ware, with a dealership that values your business. I have sent five emails to their “employee” Chris Rice and he never even had the common curtsey to reply to me. Absolutely awful, wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
RecommendedWill and Easton did a fantastic job from start to finish. I really only inquired about the slim possibility of getting one car and ended up getting two brand new INFINITI's for my wife and I. These guys made it such an easy process that I drove all the way up from South Alabama. Even though I'm nearly 500 miles away, I will highly recommend the dealership and that people make the journey for a great deal from some great people. Hope to do business in the future again when our new leases are up.
