I called in to get information about turning my lease in early and upgrading to a newer model. The sales person Tamara was very attentive and engaging and I said to her I wanted to find out if the numbers work for me before wasting her time and mine coming out. I've had 3 or 4 NEW cars from Infiniti of Beachwood. The Infiniti I'm in now, I did the entire deal over the telephone and all I did was go in to sign the papers and pick the car up, so I guess I was expecting the same thing this time.
