Mike and Alex helped me out greatly with getting a Truck. I needed one for my business and they were great, I had a few concerns and they put the truck up on the rack, no questions asked and the head mechanic walked me through each those concerns. Ken the finance guy is great too. Great people and would definitely go to this dealership again!
Worked with Tamara Collins, on the sale of a 2019 Mercedes Benz GLE Coupe. She was overall a great salesperson. But, the experience was very questionable after the sale of the vehicle. Upon driving the car home the engine light came immediately on. INFINITI employees including Tamara attempted to give me the "run around" and would have me call and ask for an employee that was somehow never available. Which later lead me to understand why they were very "pushy" on the sale of the car. They never have attempted to fix the issu... read more
