I recently visited the car wash, and unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing experience. Jim (James Trener) is us an incredible salesman! I personally had so much stress and anxiety going to buy a car because of salesman being so pushy in the past (to the point that I needed up not getting a car), but Jim never made us feel like we were pressured or rushed in the buying process. We got honest input from him too which made me feel so supported! I can’t recommend working with James Trener enough. Truly words can’t describe my gratitude for working with Jim. Thank you, Jim!

UPDATE: I returned Jeremy's call within the hour - he was unavailable. Left a message. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service! We purchased our Infiniti at EG, and had a great experience. I attempted to schedule service for a recall and a window switch replacement; however, they couldn't tell us an approximate amount of time to leave the vehicle. I explained that we live 3 hours away (there's no Infiniti dealer where we live), and so we needed to know whether to plan for a day or to stay overnight. All they ke... read more
