Very bad experience when I returning my lease. I left something in the car and called ten thousands of times for several days, no one help.
Be very guarded and careful over choosing this dealership when having to service your vehicle they mark up car parts for example they sell rotors at the parts department priced at $120 each for a 2019 QX80 on your final service bill mark them up to $185 .They’re very shady adding extra costs in the labour rate as well standard labour rate at every Infiniti dealer across Toronto is $170 an hour. Azim helped me get some clips replaced on my car's front grill. Had a coffee in their new car showroom, checked out the new models, and finished in no time! Amazingly there was no charge for the service. Great dealership experience.
