Guy at shop has had my lap for over 45 days! On May 12, 2014 I took my laptop to shop, and as of 07/12/14 laptop still has not been fixed. He tired to return the laptop to me in 100 different piece. When I told him he need to put the lap back together. Screen was detached from and key board and there was other missing piece. I left my laptop to get screen replaced and never got it back .......... its been 5 months now and they are saying they send it to some place to get it fixed and now they are trying to track it where is it at.. I think they lost it ..........Then I asked the manager Johnathan about my computer problems he didnt have any idea about anything when it comes down to computers......... im just a basic user and i know more about computers then him...... If i knew its like that i would never brought my Laptop there..........
