Between Dick Smith and Dick Smith Infinity of St. Andrews I've been taking my 370 there 5 years this time June 17th. 2026 I took it up there to get a oil change. My seats are cream they are supposed to put protector over your seats and paper mats on the floor before and after they service your car, but this is the second time my seats are messed up with dirt. The service department at Dick Smith Infiniti continues to be a disappointment. Lack of communication, feelings of being nickeled and dimed (fees to use a card, lack of loaner cars, lack of snacks/drinks in waiting area), and failing to do basic things like filling washer fluid and vacuuming floor boards. Feels like I’m going to a cheap/budget dealership - not Infiniti.
