I had an urgent A/C issue today, and Paul was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, taking the time to explain the problem and document everything clearly. There were several interconnected issues with the system, and he was able to diagnose them properly and provide an effective solution! His customer service was outstanding - friendly, professional, and, most importantly, honest. I'm very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

On December 23rd, our furnace stopped running. It was our worst nightmare given that Christmas was two days away and we had plans to host a large family gathering. When I called Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating, the gentleman on the phone was able to get a diagnostitian to our house quickly. I liked that he took the time to explain things, show me the basics, and even document everything clearly. Great customer service—very kind, courteous, and most importantly, honest. Really happy with the whole experience!
We purchased a ductless heat pump system from Infiniti, and less than a year later, we had to replace almost the entire system. Despite clearly specifying that we wanted to primarily heat our home with a heat pump, they installed a completely inadequate compressor. On multiple occasions, we were left without heat during the colder months. Additionally, they do not install line set covers, leaving the system as a complete eyesore on the side of the house.
