On December 23rd, our furnace stopped running. It was our worst nightmare given that Christmas was two days away and we had plans to host a large family gathering. When I called Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating, the gentleman on the phone was able to get a diagnostitian to our house quickly. Had a great experience with Primipair (formerly Infiniti). Big thanks to Paul K! He was super knowledgeable, patient, and really thorough. I liked that he took the time to explain things, show me the basics, and even document everything clearly. Great customer service—very kind, courteous, and most importantly, honest. Really happy with the whole experience!
We purchased a ductless heat pump system from Infiniti, and less than a year later, we had to replace almost the entire system. Despite clearly specifying that we wanted to primarily heat our home with a heat pump, they installed a completely inadequate compressor. On multiple occasions, we were left without heat during the colder months. Additionally, they do not install line set covers, leaving the system as a complete eyesore on the side of the house.
