I've been here for 3.5 months, and I absolutely love it! Not only are the apartments gorgeous and well-kept, but the community areas are cleaned consistently. What really impressed me was the maintenance team. When my AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, they had a technician there and fixing it within two hours—amazing response time! The management team at Infiniti 105, were so very helpful and accommodating with our move in. Renting parking stalls and lockers was very easy, the building is very clean and well maintained, no security issues and it's in a great location close to shopping and city transit.
I just resigned my lease for the 3rd time. I LOVE THIS BUILDING. Anytime I have had an issue in my suite (which is not often) it has always been taken care of quickly and efficiently. The management are top notch, as are the maintenance workers, who are always more than happy to greet and pet my dog anytime they see him. The building is kept very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, clean downtown apartment.
I chose this building over another Capreit building simply due to the air conditioning, which has been worth it during hotter months. pet-friendly, great neighbours, and in-unit laundry are also all great pluses :) communication for alarm testing/maintenance within the building has been great as well and appreciated! Only rating 4 stars because they really need to move the dumpsters to a safer and secure location.
