I just resigned my lease for the 3rd time. I LOVE THIS BUILDING. Anytime I have had an issue in my suite (which is not often) it has always been taken care of quickly and efficiently. The management are top notch, as are the maintenance workers, who are always more than happy to greet and pet my dog anytime they see him. The building is kept very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, clean downtown apartment.
I chose this building over another Capreit building simply due to the air conditioning, which has been worth it during hotter months. pet-friendly, great neighbours, and in-unit laundry are also all great pluses :) communication for alarm testing/maintenance within the building has been great as well and appreciated! Only rating 4 stars because they really need to move the dumpsters to a safer and secure location. Emily, Lorna and Rosa are super management experts. Not only do they care about the residents and the buildings they manage but, they go beyond that to a friend level where it shows that a complete stranger could care about what I think and need and I really like that. These ladies should be commended on holding up these places and keeping everything moving day in and day out. Thank you and keep up the good work ladies :-)
The elevators are broken every 2nd day, we were promised that we would have security due to high activity in the area, they hired a 70 year old man to walk in the building
