I hope this saves someone from a despicable experience. I was very descriptive, including photos of the haircut I wanted. The stylist, Mikashia Johnson, completely disregarded my request and provided me with the worst haircut I’ve ever received. My hair is not only uneven and lacks shape, it’s also heat damaged from her using too high of a setting to silk press my hair. This is one of the best salons I have been too the service is great and the staff is friendly and I feel welcomed every time I come in. There are always awesome deals and specials. And when I check out I always get a compliment and they are ready to book my next service. I would recommend this salon to every women that loves to be pampered. You will enjoy each visit at this salon and you will always be ready to come back for more.
I called in desperate need to get my hair done and Mrs Yvonne took me in even though they closed at 6:30 and I got off at 6pm. I have really thick course hair and she helped treat it wash and condition. She then blow dry then like a super blow dry and the straighten my hair. My hair hasn't felt this healthy in probably 15 years. I've been back every two weeks for the last month in a half. My hair has never felt this great. 💜💜
