I sent an online inquiry to Infinite Water solutions regarding a Reverse Osmosis unit. Within minutes I was pleased to get a response from Kalen who appeared very knowledgeable and helpful. I was promptly given a quote for different systems one of which was a used unit which had supposedly been used less than a month and included a new membrane and a months warrantee.
