**Unprofessional Service, Delayed Response, and Threatening Communication** We were told to contact the company if any issues arose after installation. When a serious problem occurred, it took over a month to receive a response. In the meantime, my husband had to troubleshoot and perform plumbing repairs remotely to prevent further damage.
