I have been trying to reach the management of this facility for over a month!! Absolutely no communication. I have emailed through their website, called the number (no answer), even sent an email to the parent company - still no response. The latch on our unit is broken and the door cannot be opened. Will stop future payments and leave a physical letter in their office drop box in an attempt to get someone's attention. Absolutely unacceptable!!

HORRIBLE management! Can never reach property manager and keep getting charged insurance when have provided proof of having my own. they won't take off extra charge, can't leave messages, don't seem to care and don't fix the issue. took over 3 weeks before was able to finally talk to them. and kept adding late fees while trying to resolve. promised to fix issues and same problem again this month.

They don't call you back. Not sure what to do at the moment other than write something on here (which I don't like doing) to warn others. Long story short - birds are nesting / falling into our storage unit. Noticed the mess and smell after checking on the unit early spring (birds died in the unit). Upon finding another active nest in the roof line, I left my first of 4 voice mails to inquire about moving to another unit.
