Brandon’s expertise, support and guidance helped me get strong again after bilateral meniscectomies! He gave me the confidence to build my strength and push through when it was difficult and I was nervous to re-injure myself. I couldn’t have done it without him. Loni and her team are excellent at what they do in every way possible. She has helped me recover from many injuries and more importantly given me the tools to strengthen my injuries and further prevent injuries with her at homework outs which she monitors my progress through her App. I would have never just finished Hyrox this past weekend without your help, Loni. I have been involved in a senior strength training course with Loni since the spring. She is very positive, encouraging us and pushing us a little more each time. She makes th3 hard work fun and the time pass quickly. We all have seen significant improvements.
