Loni and her team are excellent at what they do in every way possible. She has helped me recover from many injuries and more importantly given me the tools to strengthen my injuries and further prevent injuries with her at homework outs which she monitors my progress through her App. I would have never just finished Hyrox this past weekend without your help, Loni.
