This company has been amazing! We have been using them for few months now to help with my grandma and they have sent us such caring and helpful caregivers. We love our two main guys and currently while my grandma has had a change in condition, they have sent us help with only a few hours notice. They are extremely flexible and every one from the admin team (special shout out to Rio), to the caregivers and even the account receivables person, it's been a 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend this company!

This agency has been a nightmare from beginning to end. We hired this agency as they came highly recommended from the rehab my grandmother was staying in. Thye came in next day and did an in person assessment and interview. I was very, very clear during the phone call and assessment, that whoever is sent, needs knowledge in catheter care and being able to empty the bag and clean the area it is inserted to. The 5-star reviews for Infinite Love Homecare are very well deserved. Rio and her team are top notch when it comes to customer service and staffing only the best for homecare services. We have never used a third-party homecare agency before but our parents needed assistance in their home for 6 weeks after our mom’s open heart surgery for 8 hours a day / 5 days a week.
