Rachel is body whisperer. No matter what pain I have taken to her she's always taken time to understand, assess and treat to fix the issue. From pelvic floor, hamstring, shoulder, back, ankle...and the way she listens and cares is soul filling too! I've always felt better, feel empowered after I see her. I’m grateful my friend recommended her. During Pap smears and exams I have often passed out from pain but Rachel is extremely gentle and patient, professional and good at explaining what is going on. If you are nervous for things (I was), I would say this is a good place to try.
Rachel is the best! She really helped me recover my core after my 2nd and 3rd c-section births. Rachel is always patient, thoughtful, and judgement free. She is passionate about her work and it shines through in her practice! Very thankful for her support, and highly recommend!
