Rachel is the best! She really helped me recover my core after my 2nd and 3rd c-section births. Rachel is always patient, thoughtful, and judgement free. She is passionate about her work and it shines through in her practice! Very thankful for her support, and highly recommend!
Very professional, friendly, and thorough
I cannot recommend Rachel enough for pelvic floor therapy! After having 2 pregnancies in less than 2 years, I experienced a very weak core and pelvic floor, accompanied by diastasis recti and some major lower back pain when performing normal daily activities.
