I have used Infinite Home Solutions for two projects now- My laundry room and my basement. Both times they were absolutely fabulous to work with- great attention, candid upfront cost structure, high attention to detail and excellent communication. The basement was completely unfinished and they helped with the design (through an Architect and design expert) and then all elements of the work (electric, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, etc). There were no surprise costs even when unexpected challenges arose. Highly recommend!!
I can't stand it when a business uses phone numbers from real estate records to solicit. That's what "Sam" from Infinite Home Solutions does. Didn't even offer a last name which is a cowardly business practice. This business isn't even in my state.
Infinite Home Solutions did an awesome job renovating our new office space. The workmanship and attention to detail really stood out, and the finished space looks great. Rick and Joe clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and it shows. I’ve known them for a long time, which made me even more confident choosing them—and they delivered.
Gena knocked it out of the park again! She did an incredible job on our primary bathroom back in 2020 and this year we finally decided to do our kitchen and knew Gena would be the right designer for the job. I couldn't be happier with the results. And Gena was a pleasure to work with - creative, attentive, and always responsive. Thanks to Gena & Infinite Home Solutions :-)
Very disappointing experience. Extremely, EXTREMELY unresponsive. The one time it was otherwise was when the designer picked up the payment. We had to work with them because of the contractor or we definitely would have gone elsewhere.
