Tamatha is a consummate professional, with excellent communication, timely coaching and encouragement in what felt like a long process for a "first time seller", and then...there's that design aesthetic! I gave Tamatha extremely short notice both for staging and unstaging, and both times, she pulled it off on just a couple days notice. I left my staging project completely to her and went out of town. Two days later, my realtor's photographer had these gorgeous pictures that made me want to not sell the house!
