I recently completed EMDR training with Kelly, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. If you’re a practitioner, I highly recommend looking into these trainings. If you’re not, there are some amazing groups to help in your healing journey.
Infinite is an incredible practice and I am excited about the work they are doing in the Valley. The Phoenix office is beautiful and is such a welcoming, peaceful environment. The clinicians are amazing. 10/10 recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience at the Hold Me Tight Workshop led by Justine Bond. It was so helpful to have a shared language when trying to communicate with a partner. Justine is warm and supportive, making it easy to navigate what might otherwise be sticky moments. I can’t recommend it enough!! Every couple should learn these tools.
