Took nine months to be seen for a consult for a retreat. appointment was rescheduled several times. schedule rescheduled five times for different reasons. When i finally got seen , they said they were gonna request a prior authorization from my insurance. There's schedule me for the procedure. The medical assistant took my Crown off and broke my tooth off at the gum line. The dentist should have been the one to remove the crown or drill through it as we planed. We didn't nine months to be seen appointment with schedule rescheduled five times with five different excuses each time. During waiting , my infection spread to adjacent teeth and bone. Appointment day finally came and My significant other drove me and was waiting for me because of medical problems that make it so I cannot drive.
