Pésima la atención , te dicen una cosa luego salen con otra, te hacen esperar, no mandan la información correcta y te atienden mal, son buenos para cobrar y para solucionarte el problema nada , incompetentes , no lo recomiendo para nada , no vaya a perder su tiempo y dinero ! Hay mejores profesionales y personas que atienden y se comprometen de verdad .
Jennifer at the front desk has been very helpful resolving my conflicts with my insurance company and pharmacy. I’m extremely grateful for her dedication to helping me obtain a necessary medication. Jennifer was absolutely phenomenal, I was in urgent need of an appointment and everywhere I called didn’t have any availability until one or two months later and Jennifer did everything she could to get me an appointment same day because I was out of my medication. And after not long at all, she was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment and got everything sorted out. Great communication skills and phenomenal service.
