Jennifer was absolutely phenomenal, I was in urgent need of an appointment and everywhere I called didn’t have any availability until one or two months later and Jennifer did everything she could to get me an appointment same day because I was out of my medication. It’s so rare these days to find care that actually cares, and that’s exactly what you get here. The team is quick, responsive, and always sends timely reminders, making managing appointments incredibly easy. At the heart of it all is Jennifer, who is incredibly efficient and genuinely kind. She handles everything from scheduling to billing questions with such professionalism and warmth. She’s truly the backbone of the clinic and one of the main reasons I’ll continue coming back.
When for my first visit had a nice conversation with the therapist, thought it was going to be the place for me yet 3 weeks later and a handful of calls to schedule my next visit and nothing for 3 weeks not even a call back then randomly some guy calls me saying he’s my new therapist yet I was supposed to be scheduled with a female therapist. Just a bad experience!
The staff is helpful from the receptionist to the psychiatrist. Dr Mendoza is wonderful she listens and works with you to come up with a plan that works for you.
Everyone in the office are soo helpful and very nice people.
