Pésima la atención , te dicen una cosa luego salen con otra, te hacen esperar, no mandan la información correcta y te atienden mal, son buenos para cobrar y para solucionarte el problema nada , incompetentes , no lo recomiendo para nada , no vaya a perder su tiempo y dinero ! Hay mejores profesionales y personas que atienden y se comprometen de verdad .
Jennifer at the front desk has been very helpful resolving my conflicts with my insurance company and pharmacy. I’m extremely grateful for her dedication to helping me obtain a necessary medication. Jennifer was absolutely phenomenal, I was in urgent need of an appointment and everywhere I called didn’t have any availability until one or two months later and Jennifer did everything she could to get me an appointment same day because I was out of my medication. The team is quick, responsive, and always sends timely reminders, making managing appointments incredibly easy. At the heart of it all is Jennifer, who is incredibly efficient and genuinely kind. She handles everything from scheduling to billing questions with such professionalism and warmth. She’s truly the backbone of the clinic and one of the main reasons I’ll continue coming back.
