have been back and forth but then this morning after about 3 months and not getting them to fix the problem they call me demanding to pick up their sectional on monday june 8 which is not convenient for me long story short bad customer service and i will also lump Basset furniture in with them BUYER BEWARE

Terrible customer service. They promise everything, but our sofa is less than 1 year old and has worn terribly. They say it is normal wear & tear, but the sofa we are replacing, which is 12 years old, looks better. The construction might be good, but the fabric is a huge disappointment. They even sent a cushion cover to Smith Brothers of Berne (the manufacturers) who claimed they found bubble gum in the fabric. My husband & I are the only people residing in our home.
