Infinger furniture was awesome as they helped us transition from renting to owning our first home. Mark offered design help and shared our excitement. He arranged for the warehouse to hold our purchases while we waited for our closing date. The warehouse took extra care as they delivered each piece. Well we purchased the dining table with 6 Chairs and the leaf has a defective hinge. They offered an 10% discount if we kept it really told them just to order an new table and Sarah told me the new table would probadly have a finish issue because all the other tables are having one. So why would you be using this vendor. Well anyway I told her it should be a simple fix and just send out a service tech which is schudule for Jan 3rd so if they make this right so will I.
We worked with Aylin who was very tuned in to our taste and options. We were thrilled with the outcome, delivery and overall service from Infinger. We purchased a full living rom set including 2 sofas, 3 chairs, an ottoman, sofa table and two accent tables. We would not hesitate to return - saw our accent tables online for a much higher price.
