I've only been seeing Medina for 2 months. I went for my appointment this morning. Waited in the waiting room for an hour. Receptionist called me up & said Medina is stuck at the hospital and I'll be seen by a nurse practitioner. I said I will reschedule. She says the problem is Medina no longer works here. WHAT??? You didn't call me just let me come in and sit for an hour. Im so disappointed that Medina would do this to her patients. I had so much confidence in her. Dr Sanchez listens and explains thoroughly. He helped me recover from acute diverticulitis and other complications. Glad he attended at the hospital and that I am glad to be in his care.
Dr Medina is an excellent and truly caring doctor. She was with us through 14 weeks in the hospital with peritonitis from a ruptured appendix and meningitis from a resulting vp shunt infection. Dr Medina worked tirelessly through all of that time to help my son. Her concern was so touching and it got us through some very dark hours. She came up with the right plan for treatment every time.
