I am a new patient at Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine Associates PC and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Eva. I called the office to speak with Jenny, the nurse for Dr. Rene Bulnes Vides. When Eva answered, she immediately responded in a rude tone and stated that no one by that name worked there. Very caring & great taking care of me.
Dr, Tillery has been there for my mom from day one. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him and his assistant Monique. She has now gone on to hospice. But, he took care of her like a family member . And I will never forget the kindness he showed her. Him and his entire staff. We would have been lost without them. Thank you for everything. Very very rude receptionist!!! I had called to inform that I was going to miss my appointment. My appointment was at 1:30 and I got through to somebody on the phone at 1:40 . The woman I spoke to on the phone told me I could still be seen if I made it by 2:20 . I then arrived and walked through the door to be checked in, the other woman in front said she needed to speak to a provider .
