whoever is at the front desk is WILDLY unhelpful and unpleasant. didn’t explain anything well and then hung up on me. please get new staff.
Dr. Rodriguez is amazing!!! Communication with his office on getting anything done promptly is not. I have been dealing with chronic infections since I became paralyzed, and they took me on when I had osteomyelitis in my hip, but communicating with his office on anything urgent has been absolutely impossible.
