It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone, when you do they are short with you and unhelpful. They are so over loaded with patients there's no available appointments when you do and the only option is to book months out, or have to take a appointment way in the future or bammel other plans to make myself available. Great doctors once you get in, if you get in. Haven't been able to refill my RX in a month!

I love university hospital but one bad thing is their beds. They are now little mats are there’s no more mattresses per se and they have airbags but they’re not good either that’s my only complaint thanks
