The doctor did not look into any previous medical history and seems to have made up his mind before he even saw me. He came into the room saying "I'm not buying it" when he read my medical history. Dr, no one is trying to sell you anything; you're trying to sell your services which you failed miserably at doing by your near sightenedness and lack of empathy. I cannot recommend this place.
Mira, the practice phlebotomist is both caring and professional. Blood draws and IV’s can be painful when not done correctly. Dr. Pollner has been doing all of the tests my condition warrants. She is even doing a blood test to make sure the medication she prescribed is actually staying in my blood stream long enough. I trust Dr. Pollner to help get me on the other side of this disease.
Nurse practitioner Renee was wonderful to deal with. Informative and professional.
