I was admitted to Via Christi for a cat bite. Dr Hagan was the infectious disease Dr on my care. I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am for her. She came in on a Monday and advocated for me, after I fought all weekend to get something done and got absolutely nowhere. She is straightforward, took the time to listen, didn’t discount anything I said and worked very diligently for me. I very much appreciated her. Dr. Seiler is incredible. Thorough evaluation and explanations, thoughtful treatment plan and attention to detail. He is compassionate and intentional.
Infectious Disease has been great while family member has IV antibiotics treatment. Front office was kind and helpful, IV nursing staff gave excellent care. If IV treatment is prescribed, this is where the patient needs to be cared for.
