My experience there with Dr Arguinchona has been excellent. He has me on long term treatment for MAC Lung disease and I am doing much better on it. Dr covers his bases well with me. The only negative I had was the referral was processed so slow it seemed over about 2 months.

Horrible communication and desire for patient care. They do not follow up with their patients post lab tests. According to my insurance, no one there ever checked the results. Then why order the tests.

Joyce should not be allowed to have contact with patients. She would be better suited as a prison guard. This place does not care for their patients. It's impossible to talk to anyone between appointments and there is zero follow-up.

Was told that an antibiotic would treat two different types of bacteria my mom had for UTI. Natalie specifically said both would be treated by the antibiotic. Come to find out per the physician at the hospital, sensitivities were supposedly never tested on the 2nd bacteria and just as I had feared, the 2nd bacteria grew out of control. Between always having to double check dosing and now this, my confidence is shook.
