The front desk is the worst. It's always one person answering. She doesn't do anything. The person you need is never there. So unprofessional. The front desk is disorganized and will cancel appts that don’t match policy and procedure. Don’t care about ppl and their time and health. Chowdhury is too busy and runs off caffeine-shaky jidders. The only time he showed compassion and focus to me as a patient. When he slowed down to asked me how I got it. Like I had a gross story to tell. I felt a spotlight, ashamed, and judged.

The Infectious Disease Center provided and continues to provide exceptional care. Everyone is professional and extremely helpful. Dr Chowdhury and Ms Marshall have been instrumental in my recovery. With out there expert knowledge and experience my hospital stay would have been much longer, and the outpatient infusions are what helped turn the corner to my recovery. I am very pleased with everything and everyone I have encountered in this practice.
