During my surgery, the doctor discovered an infection. Infectious Disease was then involved for treatment. I had several visits from Dr.H while in the hospital. Went home with a PICC line for 6wks of antibiotics infusions. I spoke with Dr.H via video every 2wks. She explained my treatment & asked several questions about my progress. She ordered blood tests after the 6wk treatment & asked to be evolved in my next surgery. I'm very grateful to have this team. I received the very best care. SHE
ZERO stars for customer service would be given if possible!! Received first bill ever, stating it is 6+ months past due...yet was never made aware I would ever be billed by a separate organization after being in the hospital for a week (which is my only assumption as to where this bill is from)??? SEVERAL calls to "account services" w/multiple msgs...and NO call back...NONE?? after being forwarded to 5 different locations/numbers...at least one person was honest enough to state "yeah, they're only in office 1 day a week for ... read more
