I would give them five stars if they would just pick up their phone to answer it during their self-described normal working hours!
The staff were nice and informative. Very helpful. I went to this clinic for a month long trip to African countries Morocco, Nigeria, and Ghana. Yellow fever is required for entry to Ghana. I received the vaccine, but the forms by the clinic staff were not filled out completely. After a long travel time of over 25+ hours between flights & layovers, i land in Ghana and was REFUSED ENTRY into the country due to the card missing VITAL information to prove I received the vaccine.
