Honestly, they don’t even deserve one star! This is a letter that I wrote to the company and have yet to hear back from anyone. I am not sure who will read this email, but I wanted to relay my pure frustration with how we were treated the day of packing for our move. Fantastic company!!!! Thanks to Infantry Van Lines they made our move extremely easy on us. In love the fact they are ran by veterans. **** did an excellent job protecting our future with the way he packed everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of moving!

If you value your possessions - do not use this company. If you think they will honor the price quoted - in my case they did not. Cost was triple what I was quoted. Granted I added a few things but in no way did I triple what I was originally going to ship. Photos were sent to agent but the crew supervisor that showed up on moving day said pics were deceptive. My furniture was larger than shown in the pics. What???? If the pics are deceptive...why ask for them. My husband and I have moved several times during our 33 years of... read more

I called Infantry Van Lines in January for a long distance move on March 30th. The employee I talked to reviewed my list of furniture and items for a one bedroom 715 square foot apartment. He quoted me $2033, I asked him to email it, he said his email was not working and texted me the quote. Since they had all good reviewed on Angie’s List and other reviews, I signed it using text and asked him to email it when he could. I hired Infantry Van Lines to move my daughter locally and had a great experience. Everyone was so informative and nice throughout the whole process. **** and his crew worked so hard and took great care of all of my daughter's furniture.

March 29, 2023, Infantry came and took over eleven (11) hours to pack belongings. During the packing, the movers were alone for roughly one (1) hour. Very little had been packed during that time, and some beer and snacks were missing from our cooler. We found empty beer cans around the property and in our rain barrel. Pictures attached. This Company went above and beyond for my parents who moved across country. I love the fact that they are Veteran owned. ****** and the crew worked so hard and took extra care of all my parents furniture. I will be using them for my personal move coming up this summer!
