I don’t have experience with this company as a renter, but I did mistakenly park in their parking lot today thinking it was the dentist office parking lot. I looked around after parking, saw other cars that didn’t have parking permits, and 0 “no parking” signs, so I left my car there. When I returned after my dentist appointment, this was taped to my car window. What an unpleasant surprise! If there had been any signs not permitting parking, I wouldn’t have left my car there. Seems unofficial and petty.
I was interested in renting one of their apartments so I set up a viewing with Isabella, she was really nice and professional. After, Isabella informed me that I would need to have a zoom meeting with her boss, Dan. I am not sure what his last name is but I believe he is the principal of the company.
