From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and so well taken care of. HORRIBLE! I had them make ME A MOTHER OF THE BRIDE DRESS. WE FLEW TO TORONTO 4 TIMES TO HAVE THE DRESS MADE. THE QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE!! THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON BEING THE BEST AND THEY CERTAINLY ARE NOT. THE STRAPS ON MY DRESS WERE MISPLACED. They kept SLIDING OFF MY SHOULDER ALL NIGHT.
