HORRIBLE! I had them make ME A MOTHER OF THE BRIDE DRESS. WE FLEW TO TORONTO 4 TIMES TO HAVE THE DRESS MADE. THE QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE!! THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON BEING THE BEST AND THEY CERTAINLY ARE NOT. THE STRAPS ON MY DRESS WERE MISPLACED. They kept SLIDING OFF MY SHOULDER ALL NIGHT. I am taking back my 5 star review . I came to the bridal shop in search of a dress with high quality fabric that was truly couture. I was sold a dress that was "eco-satin". Diana , told me this dress was a SATIN-SILK. When I asked more specifically - she said it recycled silk but pure silk... I made it clear how important it was to me to NOT have a polyester dress .
