Richard is the best physical therapist I have been to in a long time. I highly recommend them!!

I've been waiting approximately a month for leg wraps, I was told to call the 3rd party who was supposed to be supplying them. I called four times, they said waiting on insurance. I called again left a message no call back. I called my insurance company and they said they don't have a authorization for leg wraps. This it not my responsibility to call these people, this it the responsibility of the therapist office. Do not recommend!!
It started out great, now I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to order new wraps for my legs.I really like this therapist. My fault I guess he's waiting for the people he's getting the wraps from.
