We recently used the Apex to keep our food cold in a power outage. It was great knowing we were ready!

I couldn't be happier. I am an owner of a Kodiak. I purchased it because we had a 3 day power outage and I had lost a lot of food. I've since used it for all the other power outages, keeps my fridge running. Most recently I began using it for my RV. I dedicated an area in my storage area to run the RV using the 30 amp connector while being charged with 200w solar panels. I've also placed an outlet extension plug into a cabinet and plug the Kodiak into it to power some of my small appliances. In the future I also plan to have... read more

I love my generator! It’s such a comfort when the power goes out. Thanks!

I’m sorry but this company shouldn’t be in business... claim to be doing so well yet you still don’t have funds/investors to keep product in stock? Let’s be real now your not selling drugs your selling off grid power stations. As seen in reviews from months ago people complaining it was going to take them months to get their items in October 2020 now fast forward September 2020 and when you go to buy the items states shipping won’t be for another 4 MONTHS. Lol I feel like this business is run by a 16 year old kid. When peopl... read more

Business response:

Hey Chad, our business and other similar businesses operate a lot different than what you think. We sold through a 3 month supply of the Apex power stations in less than three weeks when the pandemic hit the United States. That caused us to hurry and prepare the presale launch of the Flex. There was real potential for disruptions in our supply chain during the pandemic, so we decided to enact the 20% deposit program, which gives you more flexibility than a traditional crowd-funding campaign. We won’t sugar coat it. The Flex ... read more

It’s more cost effective to keep on the grid.

Business response:

We don’t style ourselves as a replacement for the grid, but as a back up for when the grid goes down, or for when you choose to go off-grid and still need power. We'd be happy to answer any questions you might have about our units. You can call into our team at 877.891.2657.

My Apex is built like a tank so if it gets bumped or falls I don't worry about it breaking compared to competitive units that get damaged or banged up, has the power I need, holds the charge for months and can quickly charge up with solar panels, provides AC, DC power or both with quick USB charge ports and weight about 25 pounds for easy mobility.

Post when the unit will be available.

Business response:

It is definitely our utmost priority to be completely transparent with all of our customers, and we apologize if you feel that we haven’t been. I have gone ahead and attached a few screenshots of where we have mentioned the product's availability on our website. The first is every product page, the second is during the checkout process and the last is of the order confirmation email. As you can see, we're trying pretty hard to give the correct information to our customers throughout the entire purchasing process.

The portability! We use the Kodiak and just love it. We do a lot of camping and I use the Kodiak to charge our phones, kindles, and computers. We also use the lights that came with the Kodiak. Keeping the Kodiak charged is easy as we use solar to charge it as well as the truck when we are out and about. Great power source for when the power goes out as well.
