Have had my watch for over a month. When I called the last time, said it was fixed he just didn’t ya either a charger to test it. Got it back- didn’t work. They sent it back to put old screen back on and make it work again. That was to be overnighted from Ohio to Michigan and I was to have had it back 3-4 days. It’s day 6 and now I get a call saying that you took it upon yourself to send my watch out and file a claim on it. I took my phone to two other places. The first place had no idea what they were talking about. They didn't know which cord led to what function of the phone. The other place refuse to work on my phone and told me that it was beyond repair. These guys were at a lesser rate and immediately started working on my phone. They were awesome about it! Extremely competent and very friendly and helpful. I will be back to them again.
Customer service is spot on James is very helpful. Will buy more phones from them.
