I brought my hats to Ineeda cleaners to get a professional cleaning. They told me they would do there best not to misshapen them! I have washed them in my sink and got much better results! my hats are squished as if sat on! They should have told me they did not know how to clean a hat! Instead when I called them stating I was upset, They only said OK! Not a I am sorry or we will make it right ! Just OK! It is sad when pride in workmanship and customer satisfaction has gone the way of decent respect for people!
