What a joke gave them another chance Never Again. Any service provider but these guys waited first time for over 4 hours for return trip now going into hour number 3 still not here called 7 times for ETA always 10 min
There needs to be ZERO STARS bc I had to use this company for a ride to my doctors office appointment today & I really did not think I was even going to make it there! Both the doors on the passenger side of this death trap DID NOT CLOSE!! You heard me correctly, the doors where they would put a wheelchair in and the front seat door where I was seated, were not latched and every time he went around a corner I could see the ground out of my door!! Medicaid set us up with Trix Med as transportation to my daughter’s Dr appointments twice. Never again. They almost made us late to one and got us a minute late to the other. Then we had to wait for almost 2 hours to get back home. Absolutely ridiculous! The driver today had an extra passenger with him in which I didn’t think they were allowed to do that. No stars deserved.
