We experienced very slow service and were handed dirty spoons to eat our cake. A misunderstanding regarding a guest adjusting the karaoke volume was met with hostility. We were never told the equipment was off-limits, so we adjusted the volume. Instead of clear communication, the owner condescendingly asked, 'Do you even know how expensive this equipment is?' and threatened financial penalties. We felt insulted and will not be returning.
Disappointing experience with the owner. We were really excited to try this place because the menu looked tempting and the setup seemed great, but the interaction ruined our visit. Rather than politely showing us how to use the equipment or simply asking us not to touch it, the owner raised his voice and told us we didn't know how to use it and would break his expensive equipment. His approach was condescending rather than helpful. A quick look through his responses to other reviews reflects a similar patronizing tone.
