Ordered food to go and was appalled to see burnt food as indicated in the pic...very callous how can this be ok. The service for inhouse dining was good baaring this
Was really surprised at this place, was thinking of the average Indian restaurant when placing the order, pleasantly surprised, much more than average!!!!
The owner yelled at us after my wife asked about the food she got served. She clarified with the owner what kind of meat it was made of, but when no meat arrived with her food, she merely asked. From the owner's arrogant demeanor since our arrival, I didn't expect him to handle the situation smoothly. Surely enough, he immediately went ballistic, calling us bad and crazy people, yelling and swearing. We opted to leave, taking our food with us since we're made to pay. Had such a great time here and the food was great! I’ve lived in Clairemont my whole life and I’ve seen this space become so many different places over the years. I’m so excited to have such tasty Indian food literally around the corner from me. The staff are so friendly and the space is so bright and lovely. I’ve struggled to find good Indian food in SD, and this place is great!
