I can't say enough amazing things about Indy Van Rental! I rented a 15-passenger van, from a large rental company, multiple weeks in advance, and the day before picking up, at 4pm on a Friday, they called to let me know that they didn't have a vehicle for me. I had 14 people waiting be picked up the next morning for an event. I urgently called and messaged Indy Van Rental and they rented me a van, pretty much at the same price as the large rental company and made it SUPER easy for me. We are a small nonprofit that arranged a trip from Milwaukee to Indianapolis with a large group of people and needed a couple of vans to help us get around the city. I am so glad we rented from IndyVans because their level of high quality customer service was astounding (including delivery and pickup, and coordination with our hotel valet service), and I highly doubt one of the big national chains would have helped us out as much. I was very pleased with the van rental process. We booked early for our vacation to Florida so had pick of the new Ford Transit 12 passenger van “Buster”. It was a very comfortable ride down to Destin with my family and friends. We were given an overview of the van before we left so that we were comfortable and familiar with all the equipment which was very nice. Would highly recommend this small business.

The entire staff at Indy Van Rental took absolutely amazing care of us. We appreciated Heidi's quick responses to all questions and the ease with which the whole staff got us scheduled and on the road quickly. We did not know this gem of a company existed before this scheduled use, but will forever more be using their services! 5 stars would be 10 if we could!
