I reviewed several local Indianapolis home inspection services. As someone from out of town moving for a job, I was a little apprehensive heading into this inspection after reading the local reviews for home inspection companies (things like not checking power outlets and only visually inspecting rooms and attics). Indy Pro Inspection was used to inspect my home for purchase in 2014. Biological growth was located in the attic and remediated by another company. Now its growing back in the exact same place. Indy Pro Inspection did not report a problem with the roof of the home. It has been discovered that there is a pre-existing roof leak causing the growth. They refuse to accept responsibility for not finding cause of the problem. Poor customer service.

Indy Pro performed a home inspection on a property for this customer in January of 2014. An active roof leak, biological growth and ice damming were documented in a home inspection report provided to them. It is assumed that the information was used to negotiate appropriate repairs prior to purchasing the home, which the customer confirms.
