I really needed a plumber and came across these guys on Google. I gave them a call and they answered quickly. I spoke with Rob over the phone and he was very friendly and respectful. He was knowledgeable and came out to my home very promptly. He got my issue resolved extremely fast and was clearly a professional. Our older house plumbing was a mess. All old copper pipes removed and redone properly. Toilet stack moved. Venting was completely redone as it was not done properly. There were a lot of issues that required a good amount of problem solving which Rob dealt with efficiently and with great expertise. Great attention to detail,excellent work ethic and super customer service was the icing on the cake. Definitely came in above and beyond our expectations.
We call rob after hours for a backed up drain at our house. He was fantastic to deal with. He came out next morning to help us.He's affordable reliable and honest as well professional i high recommend Indy plumbing and Heating .
We had multiple issues in our house in Holland Landing that almost forced us go to a hotel to stay until Rob and Mike took on the job. They restored water to the house and had some great cost effective solutions. Rob even came back to help with another unrelated issue. Talk about customer service. Rob really helped out my not-for-profit organization in a tricky timing schedule with our health Inspector on a long weekend. Very very grateful for the long trek that he made to make our organization function for our baking dates in Elora. He was also very generous with explaining how to winterize our outdoor kitchen.
