They became our new landlords a couple months ago and everything went downhill! No one bothers to answer emails, return phone messages, or get repairs done. Our lawn hasn't been mowed once this summer! Moving out in a week and it can't come soon enough!!!
Horrible communication, likely having to file suit against them to regain my security deposit after being told it would be returned 100% after the exit walkthrough. Tried to add another months rent on the end of my lease on their payment site, and if I hadn't gone through all my bank statements to verify I payed them in full, I would've paid them an extra month out of fear I made a mistake.
